About the Event
Life doesn’t happen TO you, life happens THROUGH you. You are constantly creating your own reality with your thoughts, feelings and behaviors. The grand invitation is to shift from living a life by default to a life by design. When you know what you desire, how you want to feel, and what's most important, it's a whole lot easier to set and maintain healthy boundaries. If you are not feeling a “Heck yeah!” then you are free to respond with a confident, “No thank you”. Oh baby, this is the ultimate personal freedom! You will learn how to:
- Make shift happen! Shift from giving away your power to owning it
- Recognize the quality of your life is a direct reflection of the quality of your emotions- it’s not status, education, income or stuff and things
- Improve your life experience by raising your vibe, or moving up the emotional scale
- Identify your top core values and nurture them everyday; your values are your compass and inform every decision you make
- Establish and maintain healthy boundaries without tension or guilt; recognize “people pleasing” is not an act of love, it’s an act of fear
